Letter of Intent
If there's mutual interest, I present a clear, fair LOI. No games, no lowball offers. My terms reflect what the business is actually worth.
Due Diligence & Close
A thorough but efficient due diligence process. I work with experienced advisors and aim to close within 60–90 days of a signed LOI.
