If the listing fits, I'll sign your NDA and request any additional information needed. I move quickly and won't drag you through a lengthy qualification process.

LOI Within 2 Weeks

For listings that fit my criteria, I aim to submit a Letter of Intent within two weeks of receiving the CIM. My LOIs are clean, fair, and ready to negotiate.
